CENAVA A18ST (Android 16) is a configurable 10.1-inch rugged tablet developed for warehouse data collection, mobile inspection, asset management, field service and industrial Android applications. The standard platform combines an MT6769 octa-core processor, a 700cd/m² touchscreen, a built-in 10000mAh battery, 4G communication, NFC and multi-constellation GNSS. Customers can select 4GB+64GB or 8GB+128GB configurations; the display ships at 1280×800 HD, with a 1920×1200 Full HD option.

Frequently Asked Questions About the A18ST Rugged Data Collection Tablet
1. How is this A18ST different from the existing Android 13 model?
This edition runs Android 16 and offers 4GB+64GB or 8GB+128GB configurations, Type-C fast charging, a standard 700cd/m² display, and optional Wi-Fi 6. The existing Android 13 model uses the MTK8781 processor and may be the better fit when raw processor performance or compatibility with an existing Android 13 deployment is the priority.
2. Is the Android 16 A18ST faster than the MTK8781 version?
Not necessarily. The Android 16 model uses an MT6769 processor with Cortex-A75 and Cortex-A55 cores, while the Android 13 version uses the higher-specification MTK8781 platform. Choose the Android 16 version for system version, configuration flexibility and project compatibility — not as a straightforward performance upgrade.
3. Is barcode scanning standard?
Barcode scanning is a configurable option, not standard. Customers can choose the N1 scanner for general barcode use, or the N670 scanner for higher-resolution sensing, cross-aiming and OCR support.
4. Is NFC included?
Yes, NFC is part of the main hardware configuration. The standard reading position is on the rear of the tablet and can be moved to the front for customized projects.
5. Does the Type-C port support fast charging?
Yes — the Type-C port supports USB OTG and PD fast charging (up to 33W, 11V/3A). The standard adapter is rated at 30W; a 33W charger is available on request.
6. Is the battery removable?
No. The 10000mAh battery is built into the tablet.
7. Can barcode, UHF RFID and fingerprint modules be installed together?
These are available as individual options, but combining them depends on enclosure space, antenna layout, power consumption and internal interface availability. We recommend confirming a module compatibility layout before sample production.
8. Is every customized configuration covered by the same IP68 report?
Not necessarily. Changing the scanner, UHF antenna, fingerprint module, NFC position or external interfaces can affect the enclosure and sealing. Confirm the applicable IP68 report matches your exact production configuration.
9. What accessories are available for the A18ST?
