CENAVA W30U i5-1235U is a 13.3-inch Windows rugged tablet for SCADA monitoring and CAD viewing in the field. If your crew only fills forms and scans barcodes, the 10.1-inch W10N does the job for less — the W30U earns its premium when the screen has to show a full drawing. The 10-core i5-1235U runs Windows 11 with DDR5 memory, while dual removable batteries (8300mAh + 300mAh) with hot-swap enable zero-downtime shifts. Windows 11 is the standard system. Windows 10 and Ubuntu 22.04.5 are listed as optional.
9. Does the hot-swap battery really swap without shutdown?
Yes. The 300 mAh backup battery bridges the swap — remove the main 8,300 mAh pack, insert a charged one, and your session, apps and network connection stay up 10 min.
10. Can the W30U be mounted in a vehicle or forklift?

11. What is the difference between the W30U and the W30U Pro?

12. Which should I choose: 400 or 1000 cd/m² display?
Indoor plant floors and vehicles: 400 is fine. Outdoor work in direct sunlight — utilities, construction, open-pit sites: take the 1000. This is the single most common post-purchase regret we hear about; decide based on where the tablet will actually be used, not the datasheet.
13. Is the W30U suitable for hazardous (explosive) atmospheres?
